This is quite interesting, but each time some options are changed, the order of the container is set back to the original one. Also the JASP file self does not store the new order, so when opening a JASP file, the order is lost.
The order should be kept in the analyses.json, maybe not in the results, since it is generated each time an option is changed, so probably a new entry is needed, like userEdit. Maybe the plot editing setting should be set here also...

or the "userdata" where we also store the note stuff can also store a list with the changed order?
